Knowledge Translation
In light of the recent reorganization of health regions in Alberta and the current nursing shortage, our research will describe timely alternative methods by which existing programs for patients with or at risk of chronic disease can be evaluated or new interventions identified.
Our goal is to produce research findings that are most likely to be relevant to and used by end users. We will accomplish this by maintaining an integrated KT approach and involving key stakeholders in the process from question generation to study design to implementation of effective interventions.
